Job Summary As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless event execution • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, schedule client meetings, and assist in closing sales. Skills - Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure events run on schedule - Strong organizational abilities to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously - Exceptional guest services skills to create memorable experiences for attendees - Proficient in budgeting and financial management for cost-effective event planning - Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers - Experience in fundraising strategies for events is a plus - Upselling expertise to enhance event offerings and increase revenue - Knowledge of catering services - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders Experience: • Events management: 1 year (Preferred) • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Philadelphia, PA: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
