• Serve as the liaison between theClient, Event Services Manager and other related operational departments atHotel. • Develop and maintain program knowledgeby reviewing Group Resumes, Diagrams and Banquet Event Orders prior to group with Event ServicesManager to ensure issues or hot buttons for program have been identified,resolved, and an action plan is in place. • Coordinate and manage entire on-site programwith required operational departments to ensure on-site delivery of hotelproducts and services according to group plans detailed in Resume, Diagrams andBanquet Event itemsinclude but not limited to : directingset-up; • problem solving; welcoming guests; communicating with team membersto ensure that specifications are correct and in order; • Surveying meeting and banquet spacefor accuracy detailed in Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and Diagrams. • Communicate changes that may arisewhile groups are on property with the Event Service Manager and EventCoordinator Team.
