Excellent time management skills Develop prospect lists for each event , solicit sponsorships, in-kind donations, and partnerships with local businesses to support events and maximize revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach, ensuring strong attendance and engagement. Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for events, delegating responsibilities and supporting volunteers to ensure smooth event execution. Work closely with the Director of Development and other team members to align events with broader fundraising strategies and goals.
