The Event Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of programmatic and fundraising events assigned to them from launch of meeting to completion including the event wrap up. The Event Coordinator will work with both the Event Manager and the Marketing Director. · load auction items into site · Event load in and out/inventory · Set up book signing table for speakers if necessary
