Event Coordinator This role will report to the Manager, CX and be a part of our Employee Experience team supporting our company in cultivating connections between employees across a multi-building campus, including various events and programs that support our work in building internal community. Skills: • 5+ years of experience in event planning for organizations Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time • Experience managing and working within specified budgets • Experience using and building out data to solve problems • Experience with venues, activities, and events resources • Proven experience building cross-functional relationships between various support partners • Comfortable working through ambiguity and uncertainty • Proven experience collaborating as part of a cross-regional team Experience in using Microsoft Office Programs, Keynote, Outlook. Must Have Skills: • End to End Event planning experience (Large scale events/Corporate (200+)) • Sourcing Vendors • Strong budget management skills • Marketing Experience • Multitasking ability • Creativity and problem solving • Strategic/ Strong analytical skills We will serve to empower you along the way and provide the path for your professional journey.
