The Event Coordinator works closely with the Event Team to provide support for tradeshows and sponsorship programs (40+ events annually) to ensure successful execution. Responsibilities include meeting with sales team to work out event details, plan with the event organizer and coordinate product and event material shipping to and from shows. The Event Coordinator is also responsible for planning and maintaining an events calendar for the year and filling out and submitting event registration forms. • Work with different event scheduling apps such as TeamUp and Attendify. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task • Must have excellent follow up skills and sense of urgency • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize • Up to 20% travel required
