Event Coordinator

PT (15 hrs ) The Event Coordinator will work with pastors and key staff members to plan, prepare, and manage logistics for events including Big Small Groups, Singles events, and the All Leader Gathering to name a few ... What You’ll Do • Work with Next Steps staff to brainstorm event details including day/time/location, room set up, décor, food, and more • Work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to plan and execute event details effectively and efficiently, i.e., facilities, finance, communications, and leadership teams • O perate and manage internal databases such as eSpace and church management systems • Manage supply orders for events and organize left over supplies for future use • W ork with volunteers and staff to support events (set-up, prep, registration, and cleanup) • Ensure attendance is properly reported in our database • Send follow-up emails, enter participants in a follow-up workflow database, send surveys and debrief with stakeholders as needed
