Responsibilities: • Manages and coordinates all aspects of event planning, from receiving the initial BEO prepared by the Sales Director, through execution. • Builds and maintains strong relationships with the client throughout the event planning process. • Addresses any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. • Interacts with all clients to obtain feedback on product quality and overall service experience. • Conducts post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
