Event Coordinator - Financial Services - Boston, MA We are seeking candidates for an Event Coordinator position with a leading financial services firm located in Boston, MA. This role will be responsible for event planning, marketing communications, managing event budget, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of event planning and coordination experience within financial services. • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills; ability to manage competing deadlines and projects • Experience in events and/or marketing, ideally within the financial services industry • Comfortable managing budgets and collaborating with Accounts Payable on invoices • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Experience with CVENT or similar event management platforms • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools • Prior experience coordinating conference logistics, booth setups, or branded merchandise
