About the Role We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at Northern Quest Resort & Casino. As a key member of our sales and catering team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing high-quality events that exceed our guests' expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to secure event bookings • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and décor • Work closely with the culinary department to create customized menus and ensure timely delivery • Collaborate with the banquet department to ensure seamless event execution and maximum productivity Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, catering, or conference services • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work independently and as part of a team
