Under the leadership of the Associate Director of Operations, Programs & Events, the Events Coordinator serves as the principal interface for events, and is responsible for end-to-end event production for campus recruiting events hosted by the Industry Partnerships team, including budget, reporting, marketing, logistics, communications, and operations. 80% - C2 Hub and Campus Recruitment Events Management • Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Operations, Programs & Events, the Events Coordinator will partner with the Industry Partnerships team to execute C2 Hub employer engagement events and activities. • Ensure all aspects of the event venue are optimized for exhibitor and participant experience, the accomplishment of which may require that the Event Coordinator be flexible as needed and personally perform activities such as rearrangement of seating and tables, and set up of easels, audio/visual equipment, power strips, etc. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience in event/program management. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
