The Event Coordinator is a full-time position, responsible to provide support for Ticketing, Conference & Rental Services, and Campus Events to help maintain details for events, to create an efficient and welcoming experience for guests, and to support the implementation of successful events at Northwestern. • Respond to smaller facility rental and campus-sponsored event requests. • Assist with needs for summer lodging including, but not limited to, working with room assignments, preparation of rooms, check-ins/outs, and linen needs. The work environment involves working for a suburban, Christian university alongside those with a demonstrated commitment and personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to the mission and values of the University and an agreement to abide by all University policies.
