Event Coordinator

At American Reflections Bath and Spa dba Bath Planet Missouri, we're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Event Coordinator who thrives on taking initiative, independently seeking out opportunities, and owning the event process from concept to completion. Position Overview: Key Responsibilities: • Proactively identify and pitch new event opportunities that align with business objectives • Plan and execute a wide range of events (e.g., workshops, community engagements, networking events, product launches) • Develop creative event concepts and strategies to boost attendance, engagement, and ROI • Source venues, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage logistics independently • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery • Create and manage event marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team • Own event budgets, reporting, and post-event evaluations • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table What You Bring: • 2-4 years of event planning, community building, or business development experience • Proven ability to work independently and generate event ideas from scratch • Entrepreneurial mindset-you're resourceful, driven, and results-oriented • Strong communication and networking skills • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines • Experience with CRM, project management, or event tools is a plus • Availability for occasional evenings/weekends based on event needs Please send your resume and a brief introduction of how you've generated or led successful events on your own to [email protected] or visit our website athttps://www.bathplanetmo.com/careers.
