As events coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of taproom events. • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, and in-person communication • Critical thinking and problem solving skills • Ability to work varied hours based on scheduled events (days, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, between 30 to 40 hours a week) • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus • Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures • This position has a strong focus on food and beverage hospitality; this is not a sales position.
