As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering memorable events for our clients while working closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams. Responsibilities • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all aspects are organized and running smoothly • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, vendor management, and event timelines • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event needs and provide guidance and recommendations • Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all equipment and materials are prepared and on-site as required • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners to ensure satisfaction and quality service • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during events • Ensure all event budgets are adhered to and provide regular updates to clients on progress Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience in event coordination or related field • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure • Creative problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
