Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with catering experience and experience in assembling BEO’s. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent hospitality and customer service skills - Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers - Knowledge of guest services principles and practices - Familiarity with marketing techniques for event promotion - Previous experience in hotel or restaurant events management is a plus - Upselling skills to maximize revenue opportunities Join our dynamic team and be a part of creating memorable experiences for our clients!
