Event Coordinator

Description The ideal candidate will track revenue goals and collaborate with various teams to achieve success in an ever-changing environment. Key Responsibilities • Able to accept incoming phone calls and emails and triage to determine next steps • Able to correctly and accurately navigate sales ordering website(s) • Able to correctly and accurately determine service levels needed based on use • Able to take customer orders by phone • Able to take customer payments by phone in QuickBooks • Follows up on customer inquiries at earliset convenience • Adheres to NetSteady's 6-week event marketing program • Makes outbound sales calls/emails to all event producers to determine needs • Provides all event producers with appropriate marketing literature for use at their events • Conducts in-person and virtual sales meetings with event producers and potential customers • Contacts previous year's customers with opportunity to reorder services • Visits with all orders who meet our minimum revenue levels to ensure acceptable service delivery • Able to review a calendar of events for the facility and cross reference it with the order load and ensure appropriate staffing as needed • Hosts weekly meetings with facility techs/engineers to discuss upcoming events • Attends regular operations meetings with the facility management • Reviews revenue reports with Finance Administrator to determine facility commissions • Achieve overall revenue goals and match or beat previous year's revenue • Other duties as assigned Skills, Knowledge and Expertise • Project Management experience • Sales experience • Customer Service experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to relay complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals Here’s what NetSteady will offer to the successful candidate: • Base hourly rate $17-27 • Benefits package (Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, etc) • Opportunities for career advancement for the right person • A fun and active work environment
