About Us: As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated, professional, and people-savvy Events Coordinator to be the face of our brand at markets, shows, expos, and community events. Key Responsibilities: • Research and identify local events, expos, and marketing opportunities in the Greater Houston area • Coordinate event logistics: booth registration, permits, setup requirements, materials • Transport and set up event booth (tent, table, banners, samples, etc.) You Might Be a Great Fit If You: • Are highly organized and proactive—you can juggle logistics and love a checklist • Are energized by talking to people, selling an idea, and representing a brand • Are comfortable learning a script and speaking knowledgeably about design, construction, or remodeling • Have a strong, professional presence and are confident setting up/working solo at events • Have an eye for presentation and possibly an interest in home design or interiors • Can lift and transport booth materials (tent, samples, small displays) • Have access to reliable transportation and are available to work most weekends Compensation & Perks: • Hourly rate (based on experience) + potential bonuses for lead goals or sales conversion • Mileage or travel reimbursement for events • Flexible scheduling • Opportunity to grow with a creative, energetic startup
