Job Overview: We’re hiring a full-time Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and run in-person fundraising events that support our nonprofit organizations. Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate fundraising events, including setup and breakdown • Act as the on-site lead during events • Communicate with nonprofit partners to align on event goals • Manage volunteers and event staff • Track event results and assist with post-event reports • Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Event planning or coordination experience is a plus • Strong organizational and communication skills • Able to work evenings and weekends as needed • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment We Offer: • $30,000 annual salary • Room for growth within the company • Supportive team environment with training provided Location: • Las Vegas, NV (in-person role; local candidates preferred)
