The Event Coordinator serves as a key support role within the events team, with primary responsibilities centered around the detailed planning, coordination, and execution of events. Highly organized and solutions-focused, the Event Coordinator works closely with our senior event leaders, vendors, and internal departments to support every phase of the event process—from pre-production to on-site setup and execution. • Minimum one (1) year in the hospitality and events industry • Ability to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously • Familiar with timelines, workflows, and delegation • Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with client and vendor interactions • Flexible and able to work under pressure • High level of professionalism and client service orientation • Able to handle unexpected issues calmly and quickly • Availability to work weekends and holidays • Monitor and evaluate trends within the industry • Venue Management – All inquiries, site visits, and staffing for events • Create/update client contracts, floor plans, and oversee event logistics • Weekend Setups and onsite event management • Full-time Salary Position • Paid Vacation • Medical • Dental • Vision • Health Savings Account • 401K Matching • Flexibility • Growth Opportunities
