We are in search of an Event Coordinator II or Event Coordinator III to join our Learning and Research department in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the Event Planner and supports the planning and coordination of AgWest events. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is: Level II: Typical starting range: $43,100 - $57,400 Full base salary range: $43,100 - $$64,600 Annual performance-based incentive target is 6% of base salary. Job Requirements Provide clerical support for AgWest events including AgWest Connect Calendar updates, corporate rate management, management of customer and employee inquiries in events email inbox for all in-person events, filing of contracts/billing/event details, maintaining and updating work instructions, mail room coordination, event materials inventory, training room organization, and other administrative tasks related to event support. Serve as on-site contact for hotel and event venues as assigned, manage food/beverage agreements (BEOs) and provide on-site event logistics support at events.
