The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a creative mindset to ensure the seamless coordination of each event from conception to completion.Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and execute corporate and promotional events from start to finish.Collaborate with marketing, design, and client teams to align event goals with brand objectives.Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers.Oversee logistics including timelines, staffing, permits, transportation, and setup/tear-down.Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the event planning process.Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports for analysis and improvement.Handle on-site event coordination and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.QualificationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.1-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination (agency or corporate experience preferred).Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with event software or project management tools is a plus.Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.Additional InformationBenefits:Competitive salary: $49,000 - $60,000 annuallyProfessional development and training opportunitiesClear path for career advancement and growthHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and company holidaysCollaborative and energetic team environment
