This position is an integral part of the events team, working closely with the group to plan, organize, and execute successful events. Assistance with such events includes, but is not limited to, providing support for any external groups renting spaces at OSU-Tulsa. This individual will serve as the point person throughout the event planning process. This position would primarily be based in the office on the Tulsa campus but will have office hours at CHS and potentially Tahlequah, as needed. Required Qualifications • High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date) • * Two to three years' related experience preferred • Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses: • Valid driver's license • Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge: • Proficient use of a computer is required for data entry, e-mail communication • Have excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills • Must be able to maintain confidentiality • Customer service skills are necessary for this role • Other duties as assigned
