Job Summary for Event Coordinator: The Event Coordinator is responsible for supervising the on-stage performance and coordinating the activities of the stage crew by delegating tasks and maintaining the stage and work environment for various occasions. This role involves ensuring the proper operation of equipment and systems throughout the performance, as well as prioritizing the safety of local staff, performers, and audience members in relation to all production aspects. Responsibilities for Event Coordinator: • Oversee on-stage production and communicate any changes to run of show or other planned production elements to other departments (i.e. Operations Manager, General Manager, Security). Qualifications for Event Coordinator: • Four to six years of relevant experience is required for this position • Certified in the operation of forklifts and other types of heavy machinery • Possession of a legitimate California driver's license is a requirement • Understanding OSHA and ADA regulations is crucial for compliance with workplace safety and disability accommodation laws.
