As Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling facilty tours of our 40,000 square foot venue, securing signed rental contracts, updating the event calendar and coordinating necessary staff to support each event. - Schedule venue walk throughs with potential clients and be knowledgable about biulding features and rental rates Provide on site presence during events to ensure smooth operations and handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events - Previous experience in event and/or facilities management and logistics Pay: From $18.00 per hour
