The Event Coordinator works closely with Sales & Catering Managers, Group Rooms Coordinator, Banquet Team, Executive Chef & Kitchen Team, Food & Beverage Director, Accounting, and the Conference Services Director to ensure excellent customer service and the highest level of accuracy in events is always provided. The role is predominantly responsible for planning and detailing events, and for... creating group and catering banquet event orders (BEO’s) to ensure that clients are provided with required set up of event space facilities and food and beverage services. • One year of event planning, conference services, or banquet experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. • Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic • Act as liaison between event contact and all other hotel departments.
