Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and organized Event Coordinator to oversee the supervision of staff for event set-ups at our campuses. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure timely and accurate event set-ups and take-downs. Key Responsibilities: • Leading a team of staff to ensure high-quality event execution • Supervising maintenance and custodial staff to maintain work quality and performance levels • Directing the activity of assigned staff, prioritizing tasks and adjusting schedules as needed • Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, conducting equipment safety orientations and inspections • Performing periodic inspections of work areas and buildings to maintain standards Requirements: • Leadership skills with ability to motivate and direct staff • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
