Event Coordinator

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to anticipate project needs, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed. Dezerland Park Orlando is more than Florida’s largest indoor attraction we’re a playground for families, friends, and teammates to come together and create unforgettable memories. • Manage event timelines and oversee seamless execution on event day in collaboration with the event operations team. • Communicate all event logistics with upper management, catering, and supporting departments to ensure proper staffing, equipment, and resources are in place. • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
