Role Overview The Event Coordinator will oversee planning, logistics, communication, and on-site execution for a variety of events. This person must be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces while maintaining a positive, professional attitude. Key Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate all logistics for events, including timelines, décor, vendors, schedules, and staffing • Communicate with clients to understand vision, goals, and requirements • Create and distribute event timelines, layouts, and checklists • Manage budgets, invoices, receipts, and financial tracking • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown • Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally during events • Ensure a high standard of customer service and guest experience • Maintain accurate records and post-event reporting Qualifications • Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, project management, or related field • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills • Strong written and verbal communication • Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure • Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Bonus: Canva, HoneyBook, Trello, etc.)
