Atlas Experiences, LLC is a nationally recognized experiential marketing company specializing in crafting once-in-a-lifetime promotions and live events that connect brands with their audiences in unforgettable ways. The Event Coordinator is a hybrid event coordination and project coordination role that supports Atlas Experiences programs across the entire event lifecycle. This position plays a critical role in keeping programs on track by managing schedules, timelines, internal communication, logistics, and documentation. Reporting to the VP of Business Development and working closely with the Events Manager, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing details, and takes pride in bringing structure and clarity to complex projects. Qualifications • 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, project coordination, or project management (event-focused experience strongly preferred) • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously • Self-starter mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
