This individual will allow for you to develop contacts outside the Club to more profitably fill available rooms. Effectively schedule and supervise the day-to-day activities of the banquet department, communicate objectives and assign work. Expected to promote a positive atmosphere within the club by working cooperatively with others encouraging a team approach to management. Expected to foster communication by attending weekly department head meetings.
