We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will work closely with the Event Managers, partnering in the planning and execution of events to ensure all logistics are in place and operations run smoothly. Qualifications & Skills • 1 year of experience in event planning or hospitality, or related internship experience • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude • Calm and effective under pressure, able to work long hours on event days • A resourceful and flexible team player who can adapt to changing priorities • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software (experience with planning tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar is a plus) • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods during events • Must have access to a reliable vehicle, laptop, and smartphone • Weekend and evening availability required based on event schedule
