Event Coordinator

During Live Event Duties: • Be ready to hold and display lots during the live-event • Be prepared to be on camera and Assist the Event Host during events Pre and Post-Live event Duties: • Clean and organize all equipment used during live events • Clean and organize studio areas • Return and reorganize unsold items back into inventory • Prep all relevant material and machines for events • Maintain all filming equipment to ensure smooth operations at the time of event Studio & Area Maintenance: • Fill and refill water sprayers for use during live events • Vacuum, mop, and dust the Live Events Studio and Podcast rooms regularly • Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of all working and filming spaces Ability to Commute: • Whitinsville, MA Required)
