Event Coordinator

The role requires a flexible work schedule to align with event timing, a base understanding of logistics, and increased responsibility as the company expands into inspections and installations. Event Management • Maintain event contracts and provide clarity and tools for Sales to identify and pursue new opportunities. • Coordinate logistics for trailers to ensure prompt and accurate equipment delivery to events. • Work with the Lead Technician to identify event staffing needs and coordinate booking of flights, hotels, and contracted event employees based on needs and budget. • Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with dealers, customers, and key gymnastics organizations.
