The Event Coordinator at Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events that support BRCC’s mission and enhance its presence within the community. This role provides comprehensive support for both internal BRCC events and external client bookings, ensuring all aspects—from concept development to on-site logistics—are handled professionally and align with BRCC’s standards. • Ensure all event elements, from decor to AV, meet BRCC’s quality standards and enhance the attendee experience. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities • Strong organizational skills and project management experience, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
