Event Coordinator

Reporting to the Senior Corporate Communications Manager, the Events Specialist will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to plan and execute global company-hosted events that strengthen our culture, bring team members together, and celebrate our accomplishments. Experience supporting all aspects of small to large-scale (3,000+ attendees) world-class events for all ages and in various venues, foreign and domestic Proven ability to deliver events that meet the overall strategic vision on time and within budget Strong organizational, time management, project management, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects, resources, stakeholders, and deadlines Effective decision-making and conflict resolution in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment Passion for creating experiences that support company culture, employee engagement and motivation, and a sense of belonging Demonstrated ability to manage and influence internal and external resource groups across multiple locations and a culturally diverse work environment Naturally proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and think strategically Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive, collaborative relationships, especially with c-suite Ability to develop detailed planning, specification, and briefing documents for in-house team members; used to produce event collateral Ability to develop event emails, flyers, newsletters, social media graphics, etc. Zeus is a great place to work.
