This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager to promote the brand, services and products of Pella via marketing programs and events targeting our Builder, Architect, Contractor, and Homeowner customers throughout our region. Able to use data to develop well thought out recommendations and solutions to business problems as well as to identify new opportunities for driving performance • Customer-driven • Able to immediately handle a varied workload and effectively prioritize projects with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced work environment • Demonstrated ability in local field marketing and driving sales to take ideas from concept to implementation • Strong written communication skills and ability to produce internal documents, presentations, collateral materials and field communications • Capable of working closely and at ease with all levels of staff and management • Ability to develop relationships and gain respect of all team members • Work both independently and as part of a team • Excellent interpersonal skills both in-person and via telephone • Quickly analyze situations, identify and troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions and use good judgment in making decisions • Summer Events are often held during evenings and weekends; Some flexibility in schedule is required If hired, you will be asked to produce proof that you have a legal right to work in the United States.
