The Marketing Event Coordinator works closely under the Marketing Event Manager in the marketing department to support the planning, organization, and flawless execution of corporate events, regional trade shows, and other customer-focused and internal events aligned with marketing initiatives and business goals. This role emphasizes meticulous project coordination, vendor management, event logistics, and providing on-site event support. • Associate’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or related field • 2-3 years of experience in event coordination, project coordination, or a related field • Experience assisting with event planning, trade shows, or project coordination • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • experience with project management tools is a plus • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks • Strong communication and coordination skills when working with internal teams and external vendors
