Work closely with Sam and Michelle during initial planning stages to align on event goals, requirements, and creative direction. Coordinate and execute a variety of events, including birthdays, pop-ups, and brand experiences. Manage scheduling, timelines, and logistics for all assigned events. Travel as needed for event setup, execution, and follow-up. Ability to multitask and manage several events or deadlines at once.
