What You’ll Do Greet guests, host parties, and be the go-to person throughout the eventCheck in with party hosts (especially parents) to make sure everything is going smoothly and step in quickly if anything needs adjustingKeep the energy up, lead celebrations, and help create a fun, memorable experienceLead the team on the floor Guide and support the Party Patrol team during eventsHelp train new teammates and provide ongoing coachingCoordinate across departments (kitchen, front desk, attractions) to keep events running smoothlyKeep things moving Oversee party flow across bowling, arcade, laser tag, and other attractionsEnter and manage food and beverage orders and ensure timely deliveryAssist with payments, tabs, and making sure everything is accurate and wrapped up cleanlyReset and repeat 2+ years of experience in guest service, hospitality, or eventsStrong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with peopleOrganized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple prioritiesComfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentA team player who leads by example and isn’t afraid to jump inWhat to Expect
