What You’ll Do

Bring the party to life!

Support the Event Manager in planning and coordinating birthday parties and group eventsConfirm event details with guests, offer add-ons, and make sure every detail is set up for successPrep party spaces, tables, and supplies so everything is ready to goOwn the guest experience

Greet guests, host parties, and be the go-to person throughout the eventCheck in with party hosts (especially parents) to make sure everything is going smoothly and step in quickly if anything needs adjustingKeep the energy up, lead celebrations, and help create a fun, memorable experienceLead the team on the floor

Guide and support the Party Patrol team during eventsHelp train new teammates and provide ongoing coachingCoordinate across departments (kitchen, front desk, attractions) to keep events running smoothlyKeep things moving

Oversee party flow across bowling, arcade, laser tag, and other attractionsEnter and manage food and beverage orders and ensure timely deliveryAssist with payments, tabs, and making sure everything is accurate and wrapped up cleanlyReset and repeat

Help break down and reset party areas quickly for the next groupStay organized with paperwork and daily responsibilitiesJump in wherever needed—this is a team-first environmentWhat We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in guest service, hospitality, or eventsStrong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with peopleOrganized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple prioritiesComfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentA team player who leads by example and isn’t afraid to jump inWhat to Expect
