As the Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and attending our high-level events that promote Just Ingredients and our products. Event Planning & Coordination:Design, coordinate, and execute a variety of high-level events for our brand partnerships, creators/influencers, trade shows, pop-up shops, product launches, and health and wellness expos.Ensure events align with the company’s goals, target markets, and brand positioning.Manage all logistics for events, including organizing product, designing display & set up, coordinating staffing, and researching additional opportunities to increase the impact of an event.Set up events and ensure all materials (brochures, promotional items, product samples) are displayed strategically. Engage with attendees to educate them on the benefits of our products and how they fit into a healthy lifestyle.Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Teams:Work closely with the partnership, affiliate, marketing, and sales teams to integrate event strategies with broader marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email promotions, and influencer partnerships.Assist in driving sales at events by engaging with attendees, collecting leads, and helping to convert prospects into customers. 5+ years of proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably within the health, wellness, or supplement industry.Professionalism working with high-touch clients and vendors.Previous experience with product launches, trade shows, expos, or similar events is highly preferred.Comfortable attending in-person events and interacting with diverse audiences.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.Proactive problem preventing/solving mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers, vendors, and influencers.Creative and proactive approach to event promotion and execution.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.Experience with budget management, tracking expenses, and reporting on event success metrics.
