### **Position Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Events Coordinator** to lead and expand our event marketing efforts in the Charlotte, NC market and surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about driving results through event-based marketing.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Research, identify, and secure local events, trade shows, and community engagements
* Negotiate contracts with vendors and event organizers
* Develop and maintain a strategic annual event calendar
* Recruit, hire, train, and coach Event Demonstrators
* Schedule and manage event staff to ensure optimal coverage and performance
* Coordinate booth setup, breakdown, and on-site execution
* Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultation appointments
* Collect and manage lead information and contest entries
* Follow up with prospects to drive appointment conversions
* Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics and ROI

### **Qualifications**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Energetic, outgoing, and results-oriented personality
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Leadership experience with the ability to train and motivate a team
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
* Availability to work weekends and events
