We are actively building a high-performing Event Marketing Department to represent our brand at trade shows, festivals, home shows, and community events. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will directly contribute to results and team success.

Position Overview

We are seeking a top-performing Events Coordinator to lead and grow our event marketing efforts throughout the Salt Lake City area and surrounding communities. In this role, you will be responsible for booking events, managing a team, generating leads, and working events in person.

This position requires a leader who will own the full event lifecycle—from securing opportunities to executing successful events and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Book and secure weekly events and shows throughout the assigned territoryPlan, coordinate, and execute event schedules for yourself and your teamRecruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event DemonstratorsEnsure booths are properly set up, staffed, and broken down at every eventActively work events, engage customers, and generate qualified leadsDrive lead generation efforts that directly impact sales and revenueMonitor inventory, productivity, labor, and budgets on a weekly basisSet and track performance goals for each event, week, and monthMaintain clear and consistent communication with leadership and internal teams

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership and team management experienceBackground in customer-facing roles such as event marketing, retail, sales, or promotionsExperience recruiting and hiring preferredOutgoing personality with strong communication skillsComfortable engaging with customers and representing the brand in personValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to stand and work for extended periods at eventsBasic computer skills for reporting and administrative tasksMust be available to work weekends

Preferred Experience

Event marketing experienceTrade shows, home shows, festivals, or promotional marketingLead generation and customer acquisitionTeam leadership and event management
