We're on the lookout for a dynamic Project Coordinator for a well-established creative marketing and communications agency specializing in consumer experiences, brand consulting, training programs, and live event support. If you're passionate about event execution, project coordination, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, then we want to hear from you!
This is a full-time contract opportunity through December 2026, with potential for extension.
What You Will Be Doing
Support the planning and execution of a consumer driving experience programManage project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to keep projects on trackResearch, source, and coordinate vendors, contractors, equipment, and event suppliesCommunicate and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholdersLead and participate in project meetings while tracking action items and deliverablesCoordinate travel logistics, hotel arrangements, and event support activitiesAssist with warehouse operations, load-outs, and event preparationTravel to event sites and provide hands-on operational support as neededPrioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring smooth event execution
What We Need From You
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:
2+ years of experience in event operations, experiential marketing, project coordination, or production supportStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and ExcelExperience coordinating with hotels, contractors, vendors, caterers, and logistics partnersExperience researching, sourcing, and purchasing equipment, supplies, or servicesExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentWillingness and ability to travel, including occasional evenings and weekendsComfortable with hands-on work, including warehouse and load-in/load-out activitiesClean driving record
