Coordinate weddings, corporate events, golf tournaments, fundraisers, and private celebrationsMeet with clients throughout the planning process to finalize event detailsCreate detailed banquet event orders (BEOs) and timelinesCoordinate food and beverage selections with the culinary teamSchedule room layouts, décor, rentals, linens, and event logisticsCommunicate event details to banquet, kitchen, bar, and operations teamsConduct final planning meetings with clientsEnsure contracts, payments, and event documentation are completeAssist with wedding rehearsals and ceremony coordinationBe present during events to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest serviceResolve client requests professionally and efficientlyAssist with venue tours and sales support when neededMaintain organized client files and event calendarsQualifications Hospitality, event planning, wedding, hotel, restaurant, or customer service experience preferredOutstanding communication and organizational skillsExceptional attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and professional appearanceComfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays during event seasonExperience with Microsoft Office and event management software is a plusAbility to lift up to 25 pounds and spend extended periods on your feet during eventsWhat We're Looking For As our Event Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in creating memorable experiences for hundreds of guests each year while becoming part of one of New Hampshire's premier hospitality teams.
