### Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Events Coordinator** to support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives. This role requires exceptional project management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist in managing logistics for events and trade shows, including project timelines, product ordering, venue research, attendee registration, and RSVP management.
* Coordinate with third-party vendors such as production agencies, venues, florists, photographers, audiovisual providers, and entertainment companies.
* Partner with cross-functional teams including Digital, Marketing, Education, and Creative to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
* Maintain schedules for multiple active projects while meeting deadlines.
* Support communication with internal stakeholders and international teams by sharing updates and responding to inquiries.
* Create creative briefs for event invitations and production materials.
* Assist with budget tracking, vendor negotiations, purchase order creation, and chargeback processing.
* Develop and maintain tracking processes for international events to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Help create standardized event and trade show guidelines to ensure consistency across global markets.

### Qualifications

* Prior experience in event planning and logistics is required; trade show coordination experience is a plus.
* Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
