Event Coordinator

Utah Valley University (UVU) is a comprehensive public university located in Orem, Utah, known for its commitment to student success, innovation, and community engagement. The Campus Visit and Event Coordinator at UVU plays a critical role in shaping the initial encounter prospective students and their families have with the university. This is a dynamic, full-time position responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of major recruitment events as well as overseeing the daily operations of the UVU Welcome Center. Through collaboration with admissions, marketing teams, campus partners, and student leaders, the Campus Visit and Event Coordinator directly supports university enrollment growth and student achievement objectives.
