Event Coordinator

The Community Events Coordinator is responsible for building relationships throughout the local community to increase birthday party bookings, group events, school outings, fundraisers, corporate events, field trips, and other special events. This individual will serve as the face of Slick City in the community by networking, attending local events, visiting businesses and schools, and generating new sales opportunities. This is a results-driven position with an hourly wage plus commission on every qualifying party or group booking personally generated. Essential Responsibilities Develop relationships with local schools, churches, youth organizations, sports teams, daycares, camps, and businesses.Generate new birthday party, corporate event, fundraiser, and group sales opportunities.Conduct in-person sales calls throughout the community.Attend networking events, chamber meetings, festivals, and community functions.Distribute promotional materials and represent Slick City at community events.Follow up with prospective guests through phone calls, emails, and personal visits.Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track all leads.Coordinate with the Events Team to ensure a smooth guest experience from booking through event completion.Meet or exceed monthly booking goals.Assist with occasional on-site events and VIP group visits.Maintain knowledge of all park attractions, pricing, memberships, promotions, and event offerings.Qualifications
