• Checks in with the event host throughout the party and ensures smooth execution of the event. This means that if there is clean up from the first party of the day and it’s the second party, we should be spending all down-time getting things put away. • Makes sure that all set up and clean up occurs at the appropriate time. • Assists with pack up of birthday supplies • Ensures the collection of the party balance. Including cleaning up all activity supplies, including washing art supplies, wiping down art tables, disinfecting used props/toys, • Communicates professionally and effectively with staff and Bubbles Academy Families.
