Event Coordinator

About Corum This individual will play a key role in planning and executing executive-level events held at Corum's permanent training facility located at the Stirling Club in Las Vegas, as well as supporting virtual events and webinars conducted throughout the year. Additionally, this position will provide Las Vegas-based administrative and logistical support to Corum's CEO. Coordinate logistics for executive workshops, roundtables, conferences, seminars, and networking events held at Corum's Las Vegas training facility.Support events scheduled around major technology industry conferences and trade shows in Las Vegas.Drive event marketing initiativesManage attendee registration, confirmations, communications, and event materials.Coordinate venue setup, room configurations, signage, catering, audiovisual requirements, and guest experience.Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, venue staff, and event participants.Assist with executive speaker logistics, presentations, schedules, and hospitality arrangements.Monitor event execution onsite to ensure a seamless attendee experience.Track attendance and prepare post-event reports and metrics.Virtual Event Support 2+ years of event planning, hospitality, conference management, meeting planning, or related experience.Bachelor's degreeHospitality, corporate event, convention, or technology industry experience.Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
